Green Power was founded by engineers and financiers who have spent over two decades designing, building, and delivering large-scale energy infrastructure. With more than 500MW of solar PV completed across the UK and Southern Europe, our leadership understands the full journey from concept to operation, and what it takes to make projects truly bankable.
We built Green Power to close the gap between development ambition and technical execution. Our Focus
Shovel-Ready Solar Development
Green Power focuses on projects that already hold the essential foundations such as long-term land leases, approved generation licences, confirmed grid capacity, and executed power purchase agreements. Our role is to validate and strengthen these rights through technical, legal, and financial due diligence. We align each project with lender and guarantor standards, ensuring that the documentation and structure can withstand international scrutiny. By advancing only projects with enforceable rights, we reduce development risk and create a clear pathway to construction.
Structured for Bankability
Every project is advanced within a transparent and enforceable framework. This includes company structures that hold all core rights, competitive EPC tendering backed by performance guarantees, and legal agreements aligned to LMA-style standards. Where required, projects are reinforced with sovereign support agreements and foreign exchange assurances to further de-risk long-term operations. This structured approach ensures that each project is not only finance-ready, but also resilient through construction, commissioning, and its full operational life.
