Jordan Assassa
Chief Executive Officer
Jordan is a civil engineer with extensive experience in renewable energy and infrastructure, having delivered more than 500MW of solar PV projects across the UK and Europe. His portfolio includes major developments for British Gas and United Utilities, as well as the delivery of Tesla’s early supercharging network as an EPC contractor. At Green Power, Jordan leads overall strategy and negotiations with governments, funds, and EPC partners, ensuring each project combines commercial strength with the technical rigour required for financial close and long-term bankability.
Adam Chappell
Chief Operations Officer
Adam is an engineer and project manager with extensive experience delivering commercial solar PV projects across Spain and the Balearics. At Green Power, he leads project structuring and oversees the full development process, coordinating technical, legal, and operational workstreams. He ensures each project is advanced through comprehensive due diligence and meets the standards required by lenders and guarantors. Adam’s role connects developers, advisors, and EPCs, ensuring that every project is de-risked, bankable, and executed to Tier-1 standards at utility scale.
Christopher Tancredi
Head of Capital Formation & Finance
Christopher is a finance professional with over two decades of experience in international banking and capital markets. He has held senior positions at Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, and HSBC, developing expertise in project finance, capital structuring, and cross-border investment. At Green Power, Christopher leads capital formation and financial strategy, aligning projects with institutional investors and guarantee providers. His focus on transparency, governance, and disciplined execution ensures each development meets the financial standards required for long-term success.
Geof Rochester
Head of Marketing & Strategy
Geof is an experienced strategist and marketing leader with a background spanning conservation, media, and consumer industries. He has held senior roles at the Nature Conservancy, Showtime, Comcast, Radisson Hotels, Marriott, and Procter & Gamble, and is the founder of GRC Advising, a consultancy specialising in ESG, strategy, and capital formation. At Green Power, Geof guides market positioning, communications, and partnerships, drawing on his expertise in sustainability and corporate strategy to strengthen engagement with investors, governments, and stakeholders.
